La Maestra
I love to dance and have been dancing my whole life. I trained in ballet from the age of two, and have also trained in Contemporary and Traditional Egyptian dance. I first learned Cuban 10 years ago from Leo Henriquez at the Gap club in Brighton, U.K. and Rueda de Casino from Antonio Luiz at Tito's in London Bridge. I started teaching in 2007, when I moved to Ellensburg. As well as teaching at Lilly's Cantina, I teach for the Central
Washington University dance department. I also love to dance L.A. style Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, Cha Cha Cha, Reggeaton and Merengue, and dance for fun whenever I can!
